He’s an easygoing little guy who loves spending time outdoors, exploring his surroundings, and interacting with everyone he meets. As the family settles into their new home, they’re hoping to find a warm, engaging nanny who will become a long-term part of their lives as they continue to grow their family.

The role includes:

• Providing attentive, loving care

• Creating engaging, developmentally appropriate activities

• Supporting developmental milestones through everyday play

• Encouraging outdoor exploration, walks, and active play

• Preparing meals and snacks

• Child-related laundry

• Keeping his bedroom and play areas clean and organized

• Cleaning up after meals and activities

The ideal nanny will:

• Have at least 5 years of professional infant and toddler experience

• Be warm, positive, engaging, and genuinely enjoy interacting with young children

• Be intentional about supporting developmental milestones

• Love spending time outdoors and encouraging exploration through play

• Be a strong communicator who enjoys partnering with parents

• Be comfortable working independently while one parent occasionally works from home

• Be committed to excellent water safety, as the family’s home has a pool

• Be open to providing occasional overnight care in the future with advance notice

📍 San Clemente, CA

🕰 3 weekdays per week (approximately 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM) with a preference for non-consecutive days.

💰 $30 to $35/hour

✔️ Payroll (W-2), guaranteed hours, paid vacation, paid sick time, and paid holidays that fall on regularly scheduled workdays

• Providing attentive & loving care

• Daily walks and outdoor time
• Bottle preparation, feeding, and clean up
• Child related laundry and keeping play areas organized

The ideal nanny will:

• Experienced and confident caring for young infants
• Warm, engaging, playful, and genuinely enjoys intercting with babies
• Knowledgeable about infant development 
• Able to provide consistency while confidently adapting as their daughter’s needs grow and change
• Confident working alongside work-from-home parents
• Calm, dependable, and able to help first-time parents feel supported and at ease
• Montessori knowledge or training is a wonderful bonus (but not required!)

A loving family is looking for a warm, engaging and proactive nanny to care for their sweet 2.5 year old daughter.  She has Down Syndrome and is a happy, social little one who loves music, books, and interactive play.  She’s working on independent mobility, so we’re looking for someone patient, supportive, and attentive to her development.  

The role includes:

• Engaging play + developmental activities
• Child’s meals (primarily plant based)
• Light housekeeping- child related
• Supporting routines + taking to therapy sessions

The ideal nanny will:

• Be experienced and confident caring for toddlers
• Have Special needs/down syndrome experience (A plus but not required)
• Have an ABA/ECE background (preferred)
• Be proactive, communicative, and nurturing
