Professional nanny experience starts at the age of 18. All rates are dependent on the nanny's responsibilities, education, qualifications, and years of experience. *Please note that Mollycoddlers' current Orange County and Los Angeles nannies are accepting rates between $28-$35+ per hour. Bay Area nannies please add $5/hr to below rates.

Nannies with up to 3 years child related work experience
$27-32 per hour
Nannies with 3-5 years child related work experience
$30-35 per hour
Nannies with 5+ years child related work experience
$32-$40+ per hour
Nannies with 8+ years child related work experience
For Families:
These are starting rates for families with 1-2 children. Each additional child is typically $2+ extra per hour.
For Nannies:
Pay offered will be determined by your qualifications, college degree/certifications, years of professional nanny experience, years of child work related experience, and duties expected.
Additional Information:
Benefits included by families such as vacation, sick pay, holidays and guaranteed hours are standard for all nanny positions. Additionally, some families include health care stipends and gas stipends to their benefits package.
