Hi, my name is Shanna Kane. In 2000, after more than 15 rewarding years of working as 
a nanny, I decided to take my many years of knowledge and experience working with children and help other busy mommies and daddies find great childcare.
I wanted to create a service that realized how important personalized and attentive customer service was. So I created Mollycoddlers, a privately owned and operated nanny and sitting service.
As a mom myself, I know how important it is to have great, worry free childcare. I wanted to provide a place that busy mommies like me could go to find a loving sitter that my children would ask for again and again. They had to be exceptional. To me, an exceptional caregiver is one that is experienced, dependable, creative, trustworthy, loving, fun, interactive and best of all LOVES children. I look for those traits in each and every sitter or nanny that becomes a part of the Mollycoddlers' team.
